What do we understand from social media in healthcare?

1-  Health related products /programs (such as Pharmaceutical drugs,  fitness training)

2-  Goverment-funded hospitals and funded research centers

3- Private hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and physicians

4- Non-profit organizations

As a beginner of this blog and in this topic, I classified social media in healthcare into 4 groups.

This gives me a perspective for a start. There is a Turkish saying “every man has a different way of eating yogurt.” You can be into social media in healthcare as a marketer or approach it from a different angle. All is right.

Good research starts by asking the good/right questions.

And to do that background literature research is the first step.

Which one of these 4 groups gets the more attention? For which one more words have been said in the social media?

What is there to research for each group?

We have to find more ways to use social media in healthcare to follow the footsteps of a dream like once Patch Adams has touched using his communication skills.
