As a beginner of this blog and in this topic, I classified social media in healthcare into 4 groups.
This gives me a perspective for a start. There is a Turkish saying “every man has a different way of eating yogurt.” You can be into social media in healthcare as a marketer or approach it from a different angle. All is right.
Good research starts by asking the good/right questions.
And to do that background literature research is the first step.
Which one of these 4 groups gets the more attention? For which one more words have been said in the social media?
What is there to research for each group?
Social media in healthcare: Where I do stand
How can we all sing the same song: “Everything is going to be all right” ?
If it is all about communicating and if our patients (not customers) are there to talk…to be listened.
